Richmont Management focuses on high quality service providers and trades that are cost effective. We obtain quotes for property, materials and services as instructed by the owners’ corporation and we utilise bulk buying power under joint building contracts. Once approval has been granted we then purchase materials and engage services. Richmont Management continually monitors and reviews the work and services carried out on site. Richmont demands high standards from all service providers and trades.
Amidst today’s compliance requirements, Richmont keeps abreast of relevant laws including safety laws, workplace health and safety, health legislation and local authority by-laws. This awareness is shared with the owners’ corporation. If there is any lack of compliance the owners’ corporation is informed. On behalf of the owners’ corporation Richmont engages specialists to review compliance and audit functions as required.
Communication is vital and at Richmont Management we stay in touch with the owners’ corporation and its executive committee as well as attending owners’ corporation meetings. Richmont Management believes in looking after not only a building but its people too.
